PlyoFlex - Mondays from 7:15am - 8:15am

This is a combination class that will include a cardio warmup followed by interval training of plyometrics and strength training. The class finishes up with some flexibility training.

Beginning Yoga - Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm

​Want to try Yoga? Come to this beginners class for those people who have never tried Yoga but would like to give it a whirl. The focus of the class will be on basic positions and techniques.

SilverFlex - Mondays at 10:30am and Wednesdays at 1:30pm

Open to all levels of fitness, this class will keep you toned and flexible. 

Deer Valley Athletic Club has a full range of fitness facilities and programs to help you reach your wellness goals. Our facilities include a large fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights and machines. All fitness classes are free to members. You can schedule also schedule a private training session with one of our personal trainers.
